Shipping Policy:

  • All shipping, billing and pricing errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
  • Customer pays all shipping and handling charges on all shipments, including refusals and returns.
  • Military orders using APO and FPO addresses must be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail.
  • UPS and FedEx will not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address for all orders. If you ship to PO Boxes, iSaleProducts.com will ship via U.S. Postal Service. Shipments made via US Mail are shipped First Class or Priority, are not insured, and delivery confirmation is only provided for Priority. If orders ship via U.S. Postal Service, all losses are customer’s sole responsibility.
  • All orders will be shipped using iSaleProducts.com UPS or FedEx accounts.
  • UPS and FedEx charge iSaleProducts.com additional fees for each package that is requested to be intercepted, returned, or rerouted. These fees will be passed on to the customer only if the customer has requested the interception, return, or rerouting of the package(s).
  • Any additional carrier charges added after shipping will be passed along to the customer (i.e., residential delivery fees, COD fees, signature required fees and extended delivery charges).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments.
  • Refused shipments may incur up to a 20% restock fee, plus shipping cost. A new Purchase Order is required for reshipment and charges will include freight and handling charge.
  • Hazardous material items cannot be shipped other than ground. Hazardous material items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, regarding of ship via description.

Damages/Claims:

  • Damaged and missing item shipments must be reported to iSaleProducts.com Customer Service within five days from receipt of shipment. iSaleProducts.com will initiate all freight claims with the carrier.
  • Due to the fragile nature of the product, TVs and Displays larger than 30" must be carefully inspected for any damage to the package. Any compromise to the package must be noted on the delivery receipt and/or Bill of Lading as proof of damage or tampering occurred prior to delivery. Failure to do so may result in the freight damage claim being denied.
  • To ensure damage/claim credit, all damaged product, original packaging and outer shipping box must be returned to iSaleProducts.com. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to the return of any merchandise.
